No one company can do it alone. As the theme of the event, low-power design is also hardly achievable by one single company. The Power Forward Initiative is fostering industry collaboration to make low-power design easier. Working together, participants in the Power Forward Initiative collaborate on the Common Power Format (CPF) which is the only holistic approach to enable automation of low-power design using a single file format to capture low-power intent. In this forum, the panelists present real-life case studies and successes achieved using early versions of CPF, and discuss the significance of this collaborative effort.
