Media Advisory/Photo Op: New Species of Dinosaur, Wednesday, May 18, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.


OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 16, 2016) - Media are invited to the Canadian Museum of Nature's Research and Collections facility for the announcement and viewing of a new species of dinosaur described by paleontologist Dr. Jordan Mallon and a research team. The dinosaur was acquired by the museum in 2015. Media will be able to view the fossil bones and conduct interviews.

NOTE: The story is embargoed until 2 pm on May 18 when the official scientific paper describing this new species is published in the journal PLOS ONE.
