OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 21, 2016) - The new Liberal government is set to deliver the federal budget on March 22, 2016, and PIPSC expects the budget will unveil significant changes that will impact, hopefully positively, both public services for Canadians and working conditions for the government's employees.
