Media Advisory/Portrait croise Sartre-Beauvoir: Film
Presentation at Library and Archives Canada

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 10, 2005) - To mark the centenary
of the birth of Jean-Paul Sartre, Library and Archives Canada will be
screening the documentary film Portrait croise Sartre -Beauvoir, on
Monday March 14 at 7:30 p.m., in the Auditorium at Library and Archives
Canada, 395 Wellington Street, in Ottawa.

The event will take place in the presence of Her Excellency the Right
Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada and His
Excellency John Ralston Saul.

The idea for the film, which was made in 1967, originated with Canadian
journalist Madeleine Gobeil, who will present at the event. Following
the film, Ms. Gobeil will discuss her work.
