Ken Coran, president of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, will address over 300 leaders of the union in Toronto on Thursday, August 23. In his address, Coran will outline the federation's priorities for the coming school year including the upcoming provincial election slated for October 10th 2007 and the collective bargaining priorities for the 130 bargaining units set for negotiations this year.
