Media Advisory: Purolator and the Calgary Stampeders Team Up to Tackle Hunger

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 7, 2013) - Media are encouraged to attend a pre-game celebration with running back Jon Cornish from the Calgary Stampeders who will visit the Calgary Food Bank with Purolator and the Grey Cup on August 8, to show support for the annual Purolator Tackle Hunger food drive.

The need for food and funds is even more critical considering the unprecedented flooding and the need will continue in the coming weeks, even months. The Purolator Tackle Hunger campaign will ensure that the Calgary Food Bank can continue to support the needs of Calgarians and Southern Albertans.
