Media Advisory: Quebec Civilian Employers Recognized for Their Support to Canadian Forces Reservist Employees

QUÉBEC CITY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - March 11, 2011) - Media are invited to an awards ceremony at le Cercle de la Garnison on Monday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m, where the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (CFLC) will formally recognize 21 Québec civilian employers and educational institutions that have granted Canadian Forces Reservists with military leave for training and service.

When:Monday, March 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
Where:Cercle de la Garnison, 97 rue Saint-Louis, Québec, G1R 3Z6.
What:CFLC Québec Employer Support Awards Ceremony.
Who:Brigadier-General Simon Hébert, Commander Secteur du Québec de la Force terrestre et Force opérationnelle interarmées Est (SQFT/FOI (Est)) will be the guest of honour. Representatives from the Navy and Air Force will also be present.

There will be photo/interview opportunities with recipients, who will be accompanied by the military members who nominated them for the awards.
