Media Advisory: Quebec Employers to Receive Awards for Support to the Reserve Force

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 18, 2009) - Ten organizations, including local businesses and educational institutions, will receive awards for their support to Canada's Reserve Force, Thursday, March 19, 2009. Brigadier-General Guy Laroche, Commander Land Force Quebec Area, will preside over the ceremony. Organized by the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (CFLC), the ceremony will be attended by Ms. Valerie Keyes, Executive Director CFLC, and Mr. Jean Fournier, Quebec Provincial Chair for the CFLC.

Where: The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada,
2067 Bleury, Montreal, Quebec, H4A 1G5

When: Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
(Media are asked to arrive between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. and present
themselves to Lieutenant Colonel Louise Carpentier.)
