Media Advisory/REMINDER: 100 Vancouver Citizens Learn to Camp as Part of Parks Canada's Centennial

FORT LANGLEY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 18, 2011) - Mr. Mark Warawa, MP for Langley, will launch "Learn to Camp" initiative, as part of Parks Canada's 100th anniversary.

This original initiative will allow about one hundred Vancouver citizens to experience their first overnight camping under supervision of Parks Canada seasoned outdoor specialists.

Mr. Warawa will take part in this event on behalf of the Honourable Peter Kent, Canada's Environment Minister and Minister responsible for Parks Canada.
