GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2012) - Parks Canada, in collaboration with High Fidelity HDTV Media Inc, are bringing you the six heroes who have shaped the identities of two nations.

Canada 1812: Forged in Fire is a six-part series highlighting the life of real people who took part in this influential period in North American history. The series tells the story of how a fiery conflict with an uncertain outcome brought forth unity, bravery and perseverance.

Free 3D theatrical screenings of select episodes from the Canada 1812: Forged in Fire television series will be showcased at the following theatre:
