L'ORIGNAL, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 9, 2012) - The Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario and Pierre Lemieux, Member of Parliament for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell will announce funding to expand and upgrade the Ivaco Rolling Mills steel plant in Eastern Ontario.
Minister Goodyear and MP Lemieux will participate in a photo opportunity and will be available to answer questions from the media following the event.
Please note: safety glasses, aluminum coats, ear protection (ear muffs) and hard hats will be provided by Ivaco Rolling Mills for people who will tour the plant after the announcement. People who will tour the plant need to wear long pants and closed flat shoes.
