OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 19, 2011) - On Monday, June 20, the Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of Industry, will attend the 2011 International Paris Air Show. The Honourable Lynne Yelich, Minister of State for Western Economic Diversification, will also be attending the show.
As head of the Canadian delegation, Minister Paradis will underscore the government's commitment to the aerospace industry as a key economic driver and will point to investments which are translating into high-quality, well-paying jobs.
While at the show, Minister Paradis will be meeting with industry stakeholders and will deliver brief remarks on the following occasions:
