Media Advisory/REMINDER: Minister Shea Promotes New Tax Credit for Canadians

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2011) - On Tuesday, August 23, 2011 the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of National Revenue, will deliver a speech at the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts, in Winnipeg, on the Children's Arts Tax Credit. This new tax credit, passed in the 2011 Federal Budget, is available to Canadians whose children participate in artistic, cultural, recreational, and developmental programs.

Minister Shea will be available for media opportunities following her speech.
