Media Advisory: Senators defenceman Chris Phillips and his wife, Erin, team-up for 24h of Tremblant

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 29, 2010) - The 24h of Tremblant, in partnership with the Sens Foundation will host a news conference with Senators defenceman and event ambassador Chris Phillips along his wife, Erin, along with A-morning personality Lianne Laing will be on hand to share details of their involvement in the 2010 event, taking place Dec. 10 to 12.

Sens Foundation president Danielle Robinson will introduce Team Phillips in addition to a group of youths representing Ottawa charitable organizations which will receive funds from the event. Following this, event producer Simon St-Arnaud will unveil program details and fundraising initiatives planned for the 24h of Tremblant weekend.

In the last four years, the 24h Tremblant event has provided more than $925,000 to the Sens Foundation.

When: Tuesday, Nov. 30, 12:15 p.m.

What: Participants will be available for interviews as they ski on the ice surface at Scotiabank Place. There will also be a photo opportunity with Team Phillips and youths representing Ottawa charitable organizations on the ice.
