TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 3, 2011) - Seneca College students will presentspeeches by the Peace Garden in Nathan Phillips Square on Thursday hoping tocreate a dialogue with Mayor Rob Ford and inspire the residents of Toronto to builda better city.

The location is significant as the Peace Garden represents conflict and reminds thepublic of society's imperfections. The eternal flame within the garden symbolizeshope and the restoration of humankind, which Seneca students hope to convey intheir speeches. The speeches are part of a final assignment for their advanced publicspeaking course.
