MILPITAS, CA--(Marketwired - January 20, 2016) -  Sierra Monitor Corporation (OTCQB: SRMC), provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions that connect and protect high-value infrastructure assets, will showcase its newly announced IIoT On-Ramp Suite for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) at the 2016 AHR Expo, to be held January 25-27, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. In addition, Sierra Monitor CEO Varun Nagaraj will participate in speaking sessions during the conference, and Sierra Monitor representatives will attend a pre-AHR awards ceremony for the 2015 ControlTrends Awards, for which the company received four nominations.

The IIoT On-Ramp Suite comprises four products: FieldPoP™ device cloud; FieldPoP integration with leading analytics platforms, starting with Salesforce; ProtoAir™ wireless gateway; and an Application Engine with pre-packaged applications. The secure, comprehensive suite provides a set of hardware, software and cloud services that OEMs can use to accelerate the transformation of their devices into smart, cloud-connected products.

Sierra Monitor Booth Activities at the 2016 AHR Expo

What: A showcase of the four products that make up the IIoT On-Ramp Suite. Sierra Monitor representatives will:

  • Demonstrate the FieldPoP device cloud and highlight its role in extending automation protocols such as BACnet and LonWorks from field devices to the cloud
  • Demonstrate integration of the FieldPoP device cloud with the Salesforce cloud, the first of many visualization and analytics integration partnerships expected in 2016
  • Show mechanical samples of the ProtoAir gateway, Sierra Monitor's first wireless product in its well-regarded FieldServer protocol gateway and router family
  • Demonstrate how one of its OEM customers is using one of the pre-packaged applications running on Sierra Monitor's new Application Engine, which simplifies network management
