QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 12, 2009) - Environment Canda in collaboration with Les amis de cap Tourmente invite everyone to participate in the 4th edition of the Spring Celebration. Environment Canada's Biosphere will take the opportunity to inaugurate a new observation tool: the GeoTour of Cap Tourmente.
