Media Advisory: Teen's Story Goes Mobile to Alert Motorists About Dangers of Impaired Driving

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 18, 2012) - The sight of Westcan trucks travelling roads and highways is nothing new to people in Western Canada, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, but many of the trailers will soon be sporting a unique and powerful message to engage motorists in the ongoing effort to end impaired driving.

Alberta's Minister of Transportation Ric McIver, RCMP Superintendent Howard Eaton, Edmonton Police Acting Superintendent Kevin Galvin and Alberta Motor Transport Association Executive Director Don Wilson will join MADD Canada and RTL-Westcan Group of Companies to unveil this new road safety initiative on June 21.
