Media Advisory: The 37th Session of the Assembly of ICAO Will Shape the Future of International Civil Aviation

SECURITY - SAFETY - ENVIRONMENT

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2010) - The field of international aviation has never been more compelling than in recent years with the ongoing challenges of further increasing the safety of flights, new and emerging terrorist threats to commercial airlines and facilities, and sustained efforts to counter global warming. From 28 September to 8 October, approximately 1,800 high-level delegates, including more than 25 ministers and VIPs of different countries, will gather for the Assembly in Montreal.
