Media Advisory: The Canada Postal Employees Foundation is Launching a Support Campaign for Young Michael Kasparian

Michael, who is seven years old, is battling brain cancer and has significant visual after-effects. His biggest dream: to receive and read the largest possible number of cards by his birthday on 8 October 2007

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2007) - To the attention of the information director and assignment coordinator:

The main mission of the Canada Postal Employees Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, is to help people in need by providing specific and timely assistance to reduce the burden of an unforeseen situation in their life.

The media will have an opportunity to learn more about this support campaign for this heart-wrenching case involving Michael and his sorely-tested family.

The media will also be informed of the special delivery that Foundation representatives will make on 6 October directly to Michael's home, when he will receive hundreds and, through the support of the public perhaps thousands, of greeting cards and words of encouragement.

You can also take part in this great chain of kindness and hope. Join us to support the Kasparian family and the dream of their son Michael.
