TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2008) - David Plouffe, the mastermind behind Barak Obama's Presidential Campaign, will be speaking to The Economic Club of Canada in Toronto on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 in his first speech since the historic election win.
