WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Jan. 21, 2016) - The Honourable Hunter Tootoo, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, will be in Winnipeg tomorrow to hold a series of meetings with Ministers of the Manitoba Government, Indigenous leaders and conservation groups.
