Media Advisory: The Ontario Regiment Welcomes New Command

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 13, 2013) - On Sunday September 15, 2013, The Ontario Regiment will conduct a change of command parade welcoming Lieutenant-Colonel Micheal Rostek and Master Warrant Officer David Munroe as the unit's new Commanding Officer and Regimental Sergeant Major.

When: Sunday September 15, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.

Where: The South Garden of Parkwood Estate, 270 Simcoe Street North, Oshawa, Ontario

What: The Ontario Regiment, Oshawa's reserve armoured reconnaissance regiment, will celebrate the change of command from Lieutenant-Colonel Brunberg and Chief Warrant Officer Derek Munroe to Lieutenant-Colonel Rostek and Master Warrant Officer David Munroe. This ceremonial parade will be accompanied by The Governor General's Horse Guard band.
