TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 17, 2008) - Toronto Hydro is pegging Torontonians' ability to save electricity this summer on the introduction of a new lo-tech appliance in which the utility is investing as part of its Take A Load Off ™ energy conservation strategy.
