Media Advisory: Toronto Soldiers Hold New Year's Charity Hockey Tournament

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 19, 2014) - Media are invited to the First Annual Rangers Cup Hockey Tournament, a New Year's Day competition among Canadian Army regiments across the Greater Toronto area to benefit a foundation for the 3rd Canadian Ranger Patrol Group.

The soldiers of 32 Canadian Brigade Group will trade their uniforms for hockey jerseys to raise money for the foundation supporting the Canadian Rangers who patrol our vast North.

When: Play gets underway at 10 a.m., January 1st, 2015

Where: Canlan Ice Sports York, 989 Murray Ross Parkway, North York (near Jane St. and Steeles Ave. W.)

What: The soldiers of 32 Canadian Brigade Group, the Canadian Army in the Greater Toronto Area, spend New Year's Day
