Media Advisory: Tremblant's 24h of Skiing set for Dec. 9-11

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2011) - Tremblant's 24h of Skiing, in partnership with the Sens Foundation, will host a launch party at Ottawa's ski headquarters, Tommy & Lefebvre, where event producer Simon St-Arnaud and CTV Morning Live personality Lianne Laing will be on hand to share details of the event, introduce ski celebrities and officially kick off the 2011 edition.

Sens Foundation president Danielle Robinson will introduce event ambassador Erin Phillips in addition to a group of youths representing Ottawa charitable organizations that will receive funds from the event. Following this, St-Arnaud will unveil program details and fundraising initiatives planned for the 24h of Tremblant weekend.

Tremblant's 24h of Skiing is the ski industry's biggest fundraising event in North America. The
event consists of 24 hours of skiing and three days of festivities, all for the benefit of children who are in need.

In the last five years, through its partnership with the Ottawa Senators Foundation, Tremblant's 24h of Skiing has contributed close to $1.3 million in support to Roger's House, the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, the Max Keeping Foundation, Project s.t.e.p. and Candlelighters.
