Event to Focus on How Local, Regional Businesses Can Promote Healthy Practices

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - February 01, 2016) - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation (USCCF), in conjunction with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Chamber Foundation, the Wellness Council of Indiana, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), will host the sixth regional forum of the "Health Means Business" campaign in Indiana on Friday, February 5, 2016. Other Forum locations include Denver, Colo.; Oklahoma City, Okla.; Orlando, Fla.; Fort Worth, Texas; Memphis, Tenn.; Los Angeles, Calif.; and Cleveland, Ohio; among others.

The "Health Means Business" campaign seeks to engage local and regional businesses to empower healthier individuals and communities through the areas of education, employment, and increased income. The Indiana forum will focus on how business and community leaders can build upon the state's top business rankings (CNBC, Forbes, and others) while addressing obesity and other barriers to success.
