Expert panelists:

Dr. Harvey Anderson is a professor in University of Toronto's Department of Nutritional Sciences and Physiology. He is also Director of the University-Industry Program in Food Safety, Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs. He researches diet and behaviour in adults and children.

Lydia Knorr is a registered dietitian with over two decades of nutrition experience. Lydia's keen interest in nutrition stems from her own life experience of trying to find the perfect balance between food and health. The breadth of her work extends to media, food industry, private consulting, nutrition counseling, healthcare foodservice management, career talks, and finally to academics where she instructs part-time in the School of Nutrition at Ryerson University.
