Media Advisory: Winners of the prestigious TD Canada Trust Scholarships Meet for Tree Planting

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 7, 2009) - Media are invited to attend a tree planting ceremony on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the CEGEP de l'Outaouais in Gatineau to celebrate the 2009 recipients of the prestigious TD Canada Trust Scholarships for Community Leadership.

The recipients represent Canada's all-star team of students who demonstrated extraordinary commitment in improving their communities and tackling global problems at the grassroots level. The scholarships go towards tuition and expenses to attend a post-secondary institution.
