WHAT: World Heavy Oil Congress, the leading forum for the international heavy oil community, will kick off the seventh edition of the conference and exhibition in Edmonton, Alberta, on Tuesday, March 24 to Thursday, March 26 at the Shaw Conference Centre. The Congress will gather 1,000 delegates from more than 20 countries to explore new technology and the latest developments in both emerging and established markets.
This year, the Congress will explore the timely theme of 'Producing More with Less'. During periods of fluctuating oil prices, the challenges for companies to continue to bring heavy oil to market is of utmost concern.
