Media Advisory-WSIB: Rob Ellis Brings Workplace Safety
Message To Kingston On March 22

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2005) - Rob Ellis, an
outspoken advocate for workplace safety, is bringing his message to
Kingston on Tuesday, March 22. Mr. Ellis will be speaking to students at
Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School at 8:45 AM. On the same day,
he will also be speaking to members of the Kingston Partners for a Safe
Community Safety Group at 1:00 PM.

Mr. Ellis will be available for media interviews and media are invited
to attend both presentations.

In February 1999, Mr. Ellis, a small business owner and father of four,
lost his 18-year-old son David in a workplace accident. David died after
becoming entangled in a dough mixer at a local bakery. He was on his
second day of a temporary job. Today, to honour the memory of his son,
Rob Ellis speaks to students, parents, unions and businesses about the
importance of workplace safety and accident prevention.

Mr. Ellis was a key spokesperson for the Workplace Safety and Insurance
Board's "Safety Starts With You" workplace safety campaign. His
commitment to this cause has him taking his message to receptive
audiences across the province.
