IROs, Financial Communicators Invited to One-Day Session Featuring OSC, SEC and XBRL Representatives

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 22, 2009) - A free, one-day event to update professionals impacted by XBRL will be held in Toronto on November 5, 2009.

-- EVENT DETAILS - In the next three years all companies, including those
based in Canada, reporting to the SEC will be required to use XBRL when
reporting their financial statements. If you represent a company that is
required to file in this period, come join us to find out critical
information about the SEC's program and how you can begin filing in
XBRL. Attendees will also be updated on United States' Securities and
Exchange Commission's (SEC) Interactive Data Program, IFRS Convergence,
