Debuting the EVA100 Measurement System for Testing Analog, Mixed-Signal and Sensor ICs

MUNICH, GERMANY--(Marketwired - Nov 4, 2014) -  Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (NYSE: ATE) will showcase its EVA100, an evolutionary and easy to use value-added measurement system for testing small pin-count; analog, mixed-signal and sensor ICs at Electronica, which will be held at Messe Munich, Germany, November 11-14, 2014.

Advantest's EVA100 system combines digital and analog testing capabilities, and is designed for use in design evaluation, characterization and production environments. EVA100 allows simultaneous control of multiple test functions to achieve highly precise measurements. Offering an intuitive GUI test development interface and eliminating the need for a programming language, EVA100 offers significantly enhanced productivity and simplified ease-of-use. Advantest's experts will also be available to discuss automotive, communications and consumer device testing needs.

Electronica's exhibition hours are 09:00 to 18:00 on November 11-13 and 09:00 to 17:00 on November 14. Advantest will exhibit in Hall A1, stand number 435.
