MEDIA ALERT/INVITATION: "Health Care At Home" 2011/12 Annual Report to the Community to Be Unveiled by Mississauga Halton CCAC on June 6th, 2012

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 29, 2012) - The Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) will publicly unveil its 2011-2012 Annual Report to the Community, entitled "Health Care At Home," immediately following its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012. The online, multimedia report will feature the Mississauga Halton CCAC's results and achievements from fiscal year 2011-2012, including how the organization is meeting the intense demand for health care at home, and providing more support to more citizens than ever before.

The report's unveiling will also kick-off the second annual Your Health, Your Way public information event. This year's event features four guest speakers who will offer advice and guidance on planning for care before a crisis. More information is available online: www.yourhealthyourwaymh.org.

Media are invited to attend and capture photography or video of the event, including the "Health Care At Home" Annual Report to the Community, guest speaker presentations, and expert panel discussion.
