TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 2, 2013) - On Sunday, October 6th, more than 55,000 people across Ontario will participate in the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure - the majority of them in Toronto. The CIBC Run for the Cure unites the community with one common goal - running or walking to help create a future without breast cancer.

WHO: Women, men, families, friends, colleagues, neighbours, students, volunteers and sponsors who support the breast cancer cause.
WHEN: Sunday, October 6, 2013
Toronto: Opening Ceremonies 9:30am; 5k 10:00am; 1k 10:10am Awards Celebration 11:30am.
WHAT: Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada's largest single-day, community-driven fundraising event in support of breast cancer research, health education and advocacy programs. Participants walk or run their choice of one or five kilometers.
