LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - November 14, 2008) - "The Group Room," the nation's only syndicated weekly cancer talk radio show, will air live on Sundays, 4-6pm ET, on WPGC-AM 1580 in Washington, DC and surrounding areas beginning Sunday, November 16.

WPGC is DC's conservative talk radio, Big Talker 1580 AM, Washington's new home for Michael Smerconish, Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Lou Dobbs, and Dr. Laura.

"The Group Room" is hosted by Selma Schimmel, founder and CEO of Vital Options International and a three-time cancer survivor. The program enables listeners to engage directly with noted oncology experts from the US and Europe.
