"HackuWeather" is a partnership between Toronto tech startup TribalScale and AccuWeather. During the hackathon, participants will be challenged to create a new product that combines AccuWeather's industry-leading weather data (via API) with connected devices, sensors and/or hardware. "HackuWeather" was conceived to improve the end-to-end experience of weather device integrations by inviting technology developers to collaborate and create human-centric, connected solutions. Over 100 developers will compete in teams during the weekend-long event.
The purpose is to interact with weather in new and innovative ways, in order to improve and save lives around the world.
