--  We would like to announce that in conjunction with The Financial
    Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) attorney Alain B Houle has begun a
    full review, verification and audit process of all business matters related
    to Media City Corporation, GPS Global, ECN Canada, ECN Holding, Effective
    Control trucking LLC, and Argo Navigation.  This "legal opinion" will be
    found on encholding's website and will be updated as information is added.
    Mr. Alain Houle will also be taking this opportunity to consolidate all of
    the above mentioned companies into MCCY except for the technology related

--  Mr. Raphael Huppe would like to announce that on September 24th a
    completely new website design and features will be rolled out at
    www.ecnholding.com
    
--  In regards to details about the FOLO system.  The FOLO system is a
    suite of products including software, hardware and databases that work
    together creating a fully integrated solution.  Specific details will be
    available on the new website.
    
--  Developments concerning BioCognisafe and the SDS system will be
    addressed on September 24th.
    
--  Jean Tremblay of Groupe Vertdure will be posting a testimony in
    regards to the use of the FOLO system on his website within the next 3
    weeks.
    
--  The previously announced 131 contracts are in the process of being
    verified by FINRA and Mr. Houle and will be detailed on the "legal opinion"
    as verification is completed.  All existing contracts have been signed
    under our different entities i.e.  GPS Global, ECN Canada, ECN Holding,
    Effective Control trucking LLC, Argo Navigation etc. and will be rewritten
    under the new name MCCY, Effective Control Transport LLC.  All previous and
    future revenue for any company listed above will be invoiced by MCCY.
    
--  In regard to the audited financials, Media City Corporation, GPS
    Global, ECN Canada, ECN Holding, Effective Control Trucking LLC, and Argo
    Navigation must be consolidated which will be done on or before September
    24th at which time the Audited Financials will be filed.
    
--  A list with letters from our signed-on service providers from around
    the world that will carry the signal for the FOLO System will be available
    for review on our new website on September 24th.
    
--  Mr. Raphael Huppe would like to take this opportunity to make a
    correction on a previous press release and state that Effective Control
    Trucking LLC., has signed an OEM agreement with Volkswagen of Mexico.
    
--  Mr. Raphael Huppe and Mr. Marcel Contant would like to announce that
    they will no longer be holding positions with Patriot Energy Corporation.
