Media Invitation: ILAC Celebrates Partnership with Daughters for Life Foundation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 25, 2012) - Media are invited to join the International Language Academy of Canada (ILAC) for its gala dinner to celebrate the launch of the ILAC Foundation and its partnership with the Daughters for Life Foundation to promote peace through education. The event will take place at the Boiler House (Distillery District) on April 25 at 5 p.m.

The English-language school is partnering with the Daughters for Life Foundation to provide scholarships to girls and women from the Middle East. Founded by Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish, a Palestinian medical doctor that lived and worked in Gaza for many years and who now lives in Toronto, the charity is based on the belief that the peace process must include female voices.
