TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 19, 2009) - Human lives sold for $50. Rabbis marching on Washington. Epic battles between America's Jewish communities. These are just three of the realities documented with finesse and clarity in the latest production of Moriah Films, the documentary film division of Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center.

The film, narrated by Dustin Hoffman, documents the story of what happened in the United States and Canada during the Holocaust. It serves to remind us what can happen if we sit idle while horrific acts take place around the world.



WHAT: Invitation for media to attend the official Ottawa premiere of
"Against the Tide" in the company of community leaders,
government, donors, patrons and fellow citizens engaged in art,
culture, history and learning from the past.
