Movember is a month-long global event in November where men grow moustaches to raise awareness and funds for men's health to support prostate cancer and men's mental health initiatives, and as part of our Global Action Plan (GAP), testicular cancer.
Movember, through Prostate Cancer Canada, is currently the single largest non-governmental funder of prostate cancer initiatives in Quebec. This is made possible through the hard work of Mo Bros and Mo Sistas in raising funds that makes a difference for men's health.
To date, Movember has funded 42 research programs and has invested $6.4 million in Quebec.
