MediaEDGE Acquires CANADIAN FOODSAFETY MANAGEMENT

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2007) - Toronto based publishing company MediaEDGE Communications Inc. has acquired controlling interest in CANADIAN FOODSAFETY MANAGEMENT magazine.

CANADIAN FOODSAFETY MANAGEMENT (CFSM) magazine was established in 2004 by KLASACT Communications Ltd., in Surrey, BC and still remains the only Canadian trade publication dedicated to the Canadian food safety industry.

Published four times per year, CFSM continues to editorialize the top-of-mind food safety, quality assurance and food security issues of concern to stakeholders throughout the Canadian food industry continuum, including input suppliers, growers, packers, foodservice, hospitality, food processing, warehousing and distribution, retail, packaging and equipment manufacturers, healthcare, government regulators, auditors and inspectors, microbiology laboratories and training groups.
