MediaG3 Relocates and Recommences Operations in Boise, Idaho

BOISE, ID--(Marketwire - March 11, 2010) -  MediaG3, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MDGC), announces today that the Company has relocated the facility to Boise, Idaho. The relocation of the Company will increase the efficiency of operations by combining broadband wireless backhaul operations with WiMax services in one location.

In addition to the cost effective motivation for relocation, this streamlining of the operation is expected to enable superior growth and facilitate higher profit margins by being able to function at a significantly lower cost.

Imminently, the Company will be releasing announcements regarding a number of positive modifications in the Company's management, additional to updates on pending acquisitions that cannot yet be announced due to the Company's obligation under confidentiality agreements. 

The Company's management has recently refined the initial corporate structure, enabling Media G3 to maximize the growth potential of its shareholder value.
