Advisory Board Will Provide Strategic Advice and Guidance on International Expansion

Rob Bell: Senior Vice President, International New Media, NBCUniversal
International Television Distribution
Rob oversees the International New Media group for NBCUniversal International TV Distribution, which is the division responsible for licensing NBCU's rich library of film and TV content to all forms of television and digital platforms around the world, outside of the U.S. and Canada. Prior to NBCU, Rob held senior positions at ITV Digital and at Sony BMG Music International, where he launched Sony BMG on iTunes Europe.

Faisal Galaria: Partner, European Corporate Solutions, Alvarez & Marsal
Faisal possesses more than 15 years of experience in the media and telecommunications industries. At A&M, he is responsible for challenging corporate views and building scalable, disruptive international businesses. Previously he held senior leadership positions at Spotify, and Skype. Faisal also served as a member of the policy executive of Britain's telecom and media regulator Ofcom, and played a senior role in the high-profile negotiation and valuation of distribution rights for Premier League Football.

Vincent Grimond: Chairman, CEO and Co-founder, Wild Bunch
Vincent runs Wild Bunch, a leading European film sales and distribution company, with distribution operations in Germany, Italy, Spain and France. Prior to Wild Bunch, Vincent served as Executive Vice President of Canal +, and soon after become Chairman and CEO of StudioCanal. In his career, Vincent also held the positions of Senior Executive Vice President of Universal Studios and CFO of Cap Gemini Sogeti.

Rod Henwood: CEO, Bin Weevils
Rod serves as CEO of Bin Weevlis, a leading online children's social game company. An experienced media executive with a long track record of profitable digital innovation, he previously served as CEO of Pottermore, Main Board Director of Channel 4 and turnaround CEO of Premium TV/Perform Group, Europe's largest digital sports rights platform. While at Channel 4, Rod was responsible for the launch of the UK's first commercial video on demand service (4oD).

Tony Orsten: CEO, The Imaginarium Studios
Currently CEO of Imaginarium Studios, Tony is an Academy Award winning television director, channel executive and innovative programming expert who has worked in the UK and international television industry for 35 years. Formerly the CEO of twofour54 in Abu Dhabi, Tony also held senior roles as SVP International Entertainment Channels at Viacom, Managing Director Paramount UK Partnership at Paramount Pictures, and Managing Director Chrysalis Television, among others.

Gary Woolf: SVP, Digital and Business Development, all3media international
At all3Media international, Gary is responsible for researching and implementing new and innovative commercial strategies in emerging and digital markets. Previously, he served as VP of Business Development and Digital Media at BBC Worldwide where he spearheaded the growth in digital revenues from the licensing of content to digital platforms globally.
