MediaNet Group to Power New Promotional Online Mall for a National Malt Beverage Company

MARGATE, FL--(Marketwire - February 25, 2008) - MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MEDG), the largest online mall and affinity program platform through its BSP Rewards subsidiary, today announced that it has been chosen to create a new promotional web mall for a national malt beverage company. The name of the company will be released when the program is launched next month.

BSP will develop a private branded web mall as an incentive for building and maintaining consumer brand loyalty. This new, national promotion will allow consumers who purchase the product to collect cash value rewards from national merchants and then spend these rewards to purchase special promotional items offered by the malt beverage company or to load their rewards onto a debit card to spend wherever MasterCard is accepted. Upon commencement of the program, the national malt beverage company will include promotional codes on its packaging inviting consumers to shop in the mall and earn rewards. The malt beverage company will promote the program via in-store POS and traditional advertising venues.
