MediaNet Group's BSP Rewards Builds Private Branded Mall for Information Strategies, Inc.

MARGATE, FL--(Marketwire - November 12, 2008) - MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MEDG), the largest online mall and affinity program platform through its BSP Rewards subsidiary, today announced that it has built a private branded web mall for Information Strategies, Inc. (ISI). Information Strategies, Inc. is a leading marketing and media company, renowned for its timely information and ability to solve problems and provide creative, practical solutions to business issues. ISI's marketing channel of nearly two dozen online newsletters, including Small Business Digest, reaches 5+ million business leaders in the small-, medium-sized business sectors as well as healthcare and HR areas.

BSP has developed a private branded web mall for ISI as a value-added benefit to readers of its newsletter publications. In addition, ISI is set to provide significant promotional support for their branded online mall program in its online newsletters and place banner advertisements on its various sites with direct links to the Small Business Digest Rewards Mall offering this money savings program to their 5 million readers as a free value added service.

ISI acts as a trusted advisor to its audiences, offering detailed research information and data of use to its readers. A majority of its audiences utilized one or more of the firm's marketing channels to purchase or evaluate products.

To further its value proposition, the new mall will offer ISI's readers an opportunity to shop online at over 750 national merchants, purchase over 100 gift cards, access to 8,500 neighborhood restaurants while earning cash value reward rebates, coupons and discounts.

Martin Berns, Chief Executive Officer of MediaNet Group, said, "We are excited about working with ISI to provide a value-added benefit to its audiences. We believe this partnership makes particular sense for BSP, as ISI's readers are already active online, making an online shopping opportunity a natural extension. Given the unsettling economic environment, being selected by ISI is indicative of the trend of companies across various industry segments wanting to offer greater value to its membership with additional savings and benefits that affect people's wallets."

Donald Mazzella, Chief Executive Officer of Information Strategies, stated, "At ISI we are continually looking to enhance the value we offer to our readers. The BSP Rewards program is a natural extension to our existing service as our subscriber base is already online. We know that our savvy audience is continually seeking additional means of achieving value and the BSP Rewards Mall delivers a valuable channel in which they may accomplish this. We were particularly attracted to the flexibility of the BSP's Rewards solutions and the ability to offer an integrated, seamless program that is cost-effective and turnkey."
