Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. Expands Its Agreement With The Senior Stream, Inc.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2015) - Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: MDHI), a Pennsylvania-based personal medical alarm device manufacturer, announced today that it has entered into an enhanced marketing and advertising relationship with The Senior Stream, Inc. (TSSI), a social networking and streaming media company.

TSSI has licensed 350 classic movie films and 90 television series, which will be available to MDHI's customer base through The Senior Stream's online platform. The streaming video network is under construction, in conjunction with Dash Network TV (www.dashtv.net). The service will be offered, without charge, along with many other senior related entertainment portals, to all customers of MDHI and their monitoring partners.

Additionally, TSSI will launch a robust marketing and advertising campaign on its IPTV senior streaming network and its affiliated television stations. The advertising campaign will include special offerings and add-ons for MDHI's medical alarm products and services.

MDHI is also in the process of implementing a new product called the iHelp+™ (iHelp plus 3G). The iHelp+™ is a cellular medical alert system that operates on a 3G network. It is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. It has a much broader reach than the iHelp™, as well as additional functions, such as fall detection and geo-fencing (ability to pre-set an area and alert loved ones if the user leaves or enters the pre-set area). TSSI and MDHI will be launching the 3G product together, over the next few months.
