Medical Alliance Services Launches Revolutionary 3-D Nutational Custom Acoustic Liposuction (CAL) System and www.cal-now.com Consumer Information Website

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - Medical Alliance Services (MAS) launches Custom Acoustic Liposuction (CAL) System and www.cal-now.com website.

MAS, lead by aesthetic industry veteran Paul Herchman, introduces Custom Acoustic Liposuction. CAL differs from other methods of Liposuction by utilizing a cannula activated by air pressure causing a triple 3-D movement (vibration, rotation and reciprocation), referred to as Nutation. With CAL's patented technique the cannula provides Turbo Infiltration of the tumescent solution which is better for the patient because it means better disbursement of tumescent solution, faster numbing, less discomfort and a shorter procedure.

CAL's patented 3-D Nutational infrasonic vibration also enables the cannula to more easily glide through fibrous areas allowing less fatigue for the surgeon and more comfort for the patient. Physicians can better provide high definition body contouring in the more difficult to treat areas including scarred areas. The vibration mitigates most discomfort during infiltration, allows more fat removal and ultimately less bruising and less recovery time. Dr. Thomas Jeneby, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon at The Plastic and Cosmetic Center of South Texas, said: "In fact, some of my patients say the 3-D vibration sensation from the cannula actually tickles them."

Dr. Bill Johnson, Innovations MedSpa in Dallas, Texas, said: "After treating over 100 patients, the biggest surprise was how valuable CAL was in secondary cases. Performing liposuction in already treated areas is tricky because of scarring. The ease of use has been quite impressive and the amount of fat removed incredible. We used Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction on a 118lb. woman and thought we aspirated all we could, but after a second procedure using the CAL System we aspirated an additional pound of fat -- 600cc."

Dr. Chili Robinson, of Dallas, Texas states, "Since 1981, I've used most Liposuction technologies. I'm very excited to have this proven technology. For those physicians already performing Liposuction I recommend CAL be used in conjunction with other Liposuction technologies, but I especially believe it's safer for physicians new to Liposuction."

CAL, known in Europe as Nutational Infrasonic Liposuction, was developed by a Belgium physician and has been used in thousands of procedures and presented at over 100 scientific session's world-wide. CAL offers all the benefits of current Liposuction technology without most inherent risks. CAL is FDA cleared and distributed in the U.S. by MAS, www.cal-now.com. (866)-981-5017
