Medical Institutional Services Holding, Inc. Announces Corporate Restructuring

WINSTON-SALEM, NC--(Marketwire - August 12, 2008) - Medical Institutional Services Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MIHS) is pleased to announce reduction in the company's outstanding shares and authorized shares. Outstanding shares will be reduced by one billion shares to approximately 2 billion shares from its current 3 billion shares issued and outstanding. In addition the company will be reducing its current authorized shares from 3.5 billion to 2.5 billion shares.

Under the restructuring the company will have approximately 798,049,005 restricted shares issued and outstanding with an approximate total outstanding shares of 1,988,056,092 after taking in consideration the 1 billion shares reduction.

The company does not currently anticipate any reverse splits at this time, and believes its new current structure will allow for proper growth of the new company. The company has also completed its transition from Medical services to security product company, including the removal of all previous management and liabilities.
