Medical.MD Launches New Online Interactive Personal Health Record for the Professional Market

VisualMED to Get a 50% Royalty on Revenues

MONTREAL--(Marketwire - July 11, 2007) - VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (The Company) (OTCBB: VMCS) (FRANKFURT: VA6) announces that the VisualMED Electronic Patient Record will be deployed in an ASP version for professional caregivers by our licensee Medical.MD of Montreal, Canada.

Subscriptions to physicians, who wish to track their patients in real time, will be jointly marketed by Medical.MD and VisualMED, in parallel with subscriptions being made available to the general Internet community. The professional version offers physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other professionals a comprehensive range of clinical functions online and is being marketed in response to discussions the Company has held with several healthcare organizations, particularly in the Executive Health niche market.

The Company will receive 50% of all revenues specifically derived from the sale of subscriptions to this professional version of the interactive online personal health information record. Subscribing physicians will have a fully secure, immediate access to the full personal medical record of their patients from essentially any location, and will be able to personally manage their EHR. The project combines state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record technology, which include VisualMED's unique medical decision support system, within a fully secure global hosting network.

Medical.MD continues to market its online subscription-based personal health record to large corporate employers that are already involved in paying employee health benefits, through retail pharmacy outlets and individuals, and expects to have a core subscriber base of some 800,000 users within a year paying bulk rate of $20 or retail $40 per year.

Medical.MD of Montreal, Canada, is providing the same medical technology currently in use in cutting-edge paperless hospitals in the United States and Canada to the Internet community. This application will allow users to maintain their own health file, keep track of medical data for themselves and for their family members, and will reduce the risk of avoidable adverse drug events. It will provide an organized structure through which subscribers may manage the flow and storage of their own health information.
